3. User Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

4. Service Agreement and Pricing

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we will work with you to make revisions. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to restocking or administration fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary systems, data, and resources
• Respond to requests for information within reasonable timeframes
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Designate a point of contact for project communication
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the custom deliverables created specifically for you. This includes custom automation workflows, website designs, and bespoke code written for your project.

6.2 Pre-existing Materials

We retain ownership of all pre-existing materials, methodologies, frameworks, templates, and tools used in delivering services. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these as part of the delivered solution.

6.3 Third-Party Components

Any third-party software, APIs, or services integrated into your solution are subject to their respective licenses and terms of use.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. We will:

• Keep your proprietary information confidential

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

We are not responsible for results or outcomes that depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to your use of the deliverables, market conditions, or third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY FACTORS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

10. Indemnification

11. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use our services or have an active service agreement with us.

11.2 Termination by Either Party

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:
